1. The NatureForBeauty.co.uk online shop [the Shop/we/our] is owned by the Nature For Beauty, Registered Office: 109 Liddle Drive, Boness, West Lothian, EH51 0PA, Scotland. VAT registration number: 982 3864 78.

2. The Nature For Beauty is an exclusive distributor in the United Kingdom of Comptoir Provencal des Argiles Laboratory the owner of Argile Provence brand.

3. These conditions of use regulates only the individual resale (retail). For wholesale enquiry please contact Nature For Beauty directly.

4. By accepting the NatureForBeauty.co.uk Conditions of Use you also accept our suppliers Terms and Conditions.

5. Nature For Beauty is only the distributor of the Argile Provence products and takes no responsibility for any side effects caused by using the products. However, products are tested concerning their harmlessness, respecting the French legislation, which exclude any specific complaint (like problem due to a very reactive skin for example).

6. By placing the order from our Shop you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted following Conditions of Use.

7. The Shop can only sell and ship products within the United Kingdom. If you would like to place the order from overseas, please contact Argile Provence directly.

8. All the prices on the website are shown in Stirling Pounds and the taxes are already included in the prices. The prices does not include postage and packaging costs.

9. Nature For Beauty reserves the rights to change the prices of the products without any notification. However this will not affect already confirmed orders.

10. By placing the order we mean feeling out the registration form (activating an account) on the Shop’s website and processing it to the Nature For Beauty.

11. When registering your personal details with us you are obliged to give true and accurate personal information.

12. When paying for your products you can only use credit or debit cards that belong to you. When using the bank account payment option you can only send the money from the accounts that belong to you. You also confirm having enough founds on your debit / credit card or bank account to cover ordered products and the delivery.

13. The Shop reserves the right to withdraw particular product from the offer without any notification.

14. The Shop reserves the right to confirm or/and cancel the order in the event of any suspicion of the order placed.

15. You can shop online in the Shop 24/7. However, we reserve the right to suspend the Shop’s operation.

16. Personal information provided by the customer is subject to our privacy policy which can be found at Privacy Notice.

17. Our website is being regularly checked for any defects or viruses. However, we take no responsibility for any damage to customer’s computer, software or any file in result of visiting our website.

18. NatureForBeauty.co.uk reserves the right to change the Conditions of Use from time to time. You should read them through every time you visit our website.

Process of the order.

19. Processing of the order starts the next working day after the order has been placed.

20. The order is being confirmed by the Shop by sending an automated message to the buyer via e-mail.

21. If the automated message has not been received by the customer, the order was not confirmed.

22. The customer should save the copy of the transaction sent back by the Shop and retain it for the future purposes.

23. Your debit / credit card will be debited before the order is despatched.

24. Nature For Beauty dispatches the orders within max. 3 working days, however the delivery time depending on the option chosen may last up to 7 working days.

25. There is an extra charge for the postage and package accepted by the customer when choosing the delivery option while placing the order.

26. If the item ordered is not currently in stock the order may be delayed, however the customer will be informed and advised by the Shop.

Delivery.

27. Delivery period given in this Conditions of Use is approximate. The Shop takes no responsibility for any delays caused by the Royal Mail.

28. The Shop will charge for re-delivery if the package has been returned because of the incorrect information provided by the customer in the first instance.

29. Postage and package within the United Kingdom is priced at a flat rate of £3,95.

30. All items ordered through the Shop will be sent 1st Class Post, however different delivery option can be arranged individually at a special rate.

31. Every transaction is confirmed by the VAT invoice which should be retain by the customer in case of refund or complaint.

Returns and Complaints.

32. If you have any complaints, please contact us via email at complaints@natureforbeauty.co.uk providing your name, VAT invoice number of your order along with a brief description of the complaint.

33. According to The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 customers have the right to return unused and unpacked product without any explanation within 7 working days, starting from the day when the product has been delivered.

34. After receiving the complain the Shop will contact the customer informing about the process of complain and advising the ways of resolving the problem.

35. The Shop offers 100% money back guarantee on all the products bought through our website.

36. To be eligible for the refund the products must be sent back to us within 14 days in the original sealed packaging in re-saleable condition, undamaged and unused along with the original invoice. The cost of returning the product is covered by the customer.

37. Please make you choice carefully when choosing the product and check its ingredients for anything you may be allergic to, as refund will not be made if the product has been opened and used and the allergic reaction to this product occurred.

38. If you would like to return the product, please send in back to: Nature For Beauty – Returns; 109 Liddle Drive, Bo’ness, West Lothian, EH51 0PA.

39. The Shop will refund all the amount that has been debited to Nature For Beauty account in relation to the order the customer wants to be cancelled less any administration charges within 14 days, starting from the day when the product has been returned.
